The shipping of our advent calendar starts on October 1, 2025.
From this date we send your advent calendar within 3 working days after receipt of payment, always from Monday to Friday.

All other products

Our other products will be manufactured individually for you.
Therefore, the delivery time is up to 10 working days after receipt of payment, also from Monday to Friday.
Thank you for your understanding that the careful production takes a little more time - you will receive a unique product with attention to detail.

Delivery

If you order several items at the same time, we send them in a common program - we protect and avoid unnecessary packaging.

  • Within Germany: free of charge (0,00 €)

  • To Austria: 7,50 €

  • Within the EU: 11,90 €

  • In Switzerland: 13,90 €

  • To all other countries: 28,90 €

Prices & taxes

All prices specified on our product pages include the statutory VAT and all other price components.

Customs & import fees

For deliveries outside of Germany, additional import taxes, tariffs or fees may apply in the recipient country.
These costs are charged by the responsible customs office and are to be borne by the recipient. They depend on the import regulations of the respective country.

You can from your 14-day right of withdrawal use make.
We are happy to accept returns as long as the product or the advent calendar in as good as new located.
